Titanium Pact approved in USRM senate

After weeks of debate and deliberation, the Titanium Pact was finally approved in the USRM Senate. Originally pushed by the President and his administration, the senate demanded they need approval to enter into the Pact.

The Titanium pact, now with six members and two applicants, it acts in a similar manner to BeNeLux and NATO. It's a defense, political and economic organization, aimed at creating formal relations between micronations.
